Pachamama E-Juice Wholesale Distribution Checklist for Nigeria Trade Buyers

Compliance paperwork for Nigeria imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Nigeria order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Nigeria orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

What Nigeria buyers check before ordering pachamama e-juice

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including ISO 9001 — before goods leave.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Nigeria launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
