Pachamama E-Juice trade terms pricing for Hawaii trade customers

Wholesale pachamama e-juice pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $2.40 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Hawaii orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Freight options from Shenzhen to Hawaii

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Hawaii launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

First orders from Hawaii rarely need to be large. A mixed pachamama e-juice carton starting at 1,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Container and pallet economics for Hawaii

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next pachamama e-juice shipment to Hawaii.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.
