The Romania Pachamama E-Juice Sample Orders Handbook for Distributors

Building a pachamama e-juice range that fits Romania demand

Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.

Fruit profiles anchor the pachamama e-juice range: bright, clean top notes with a smooth finish that sells across age groups. Ice and menthol variants add the cooling finish that dominates warm-weather markets, while dessert and drink profiles round out the shelf for variety seekers.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the pachamama e-juice line.

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Trade demand in Romania rewards depth over breadth. A focused pachamama e-juice core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the sample orders plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every pachamama e-juice carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Sample policy and product evaluation

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new pachamama e-juice listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.
