Pachamama E-Juice Retail Display Guide for Israel Wholesale Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shanghai Yangshan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Israel buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Timing orders around the production calendar

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for pachamama e-juice programs.

When destination rules in Israel change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Private-label projects for Israel brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Common mistakes Israel first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including UN38.3 — before goods leave.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Israel: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

After-sales support and claims handling

Feedback from retailers is unusually consistent: the reason they reorder pachamama e-juice is batch-to-batch stability. Shop owners report that customers return for the same flavor rather than switching brands, which is the single best predictor of lifetime value in this category.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Israel warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Israel seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a pachamama e-juice opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.
