Pachamama E-Juice Retail Display FAQ for Austria Retailers and Distributors
Compliance paperwork for Austria imports
If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.
All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.
Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Austria order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
Flavor planning for the Austria market
The wholesale pachamama e-juice category keeps growing because retail demand has stabilized around convenience, flavor variety and dependable performance. Stores that maintain a focused core range plus a rotating seasonal flavor typically report healthier turnover than those chasing every new SKU.
Disposable and pod-based lines continue to take share in convenience channels because they need no staff training and no maintenance. For pachamama e-juice, that means reliable repeat orders with minimal support cost — exactly the profile a wholesale buyer wants from a category anchor.
Sample policy and product evaluation
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Austria shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Frequently asked questions
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 20mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label pachamama e-juice is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. CE certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes — we ship to the Netherlands on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most pachamama e-juice lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
