Pachamama E-Juice Reorder Program in Serbia: Overview for Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished pachamama e-juice run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every pachamama e-juice carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Serbia orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Serbia: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Wholesale pachamama e-juice pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $6.90 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Stock rotation at the Serbia warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.
