Jordan Pachamama E-Juice Payment Terms: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Jordan

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Cartons for pachamama e-juice are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Private-label projects for Jordan brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Compliance paperwork for Jordan imports

Compliance for pachamama e-juice varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide TPD documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Jordan seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a pachamama e-juice opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Practical checklist

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Jordan

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Feedback from retailers is unusually consistent: the reason they reorder pachamama e-juice is batch-to-batch stability. Shop owners report that customers return for the same flavor rather than switching brands, which is the single best predictor of lifetime value in this category.

Storage and shelf life at your Jordan warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every pachamama e-juice carton for Jordan leaves with the document set the destination requires - FCC paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Jordan order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
