Pachamama E-Juice Payment Terms Notes for Chile Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Chile launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Trade demand in Chile rewards depth over breadth. A focused pachamama e-juice core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the payment terms plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.
