Pachamama E-Juice OEM Service Checklist for Kenya Trade Buyers

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

The VapeWholesaleHub catalog stays deliberately focused: pachamama e-juice and the categories around it, stocked deep. For Kenya buyers that means honest availability answers instead of guesses forwarded to third parties.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Kenya

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Cartons for pachamama e-juice are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Retail presentation and display support

Online retail performs best when listings lead with accurate specs and real product images — both of which we supply. Clean white-background shots and flavor descriptions mean a new pachamama e-juice range can be live within hours of stock arriving.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

At retail, pachamama e-juice benefits from simple merchandising: flavor families grouped together, price points clearly marked, and counter display units that hold the core range in one visual block. Shops using this layout report faster decisions and higher multi-unit purchases.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Kenya launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
