Pachamama E-Juice Lead Times Notes for Iraq Trade Buyers

Pachamama E-Juice lead times pricing for Iraq trade customers

Wholesale pachamama e-juice pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $5.20 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Iraq shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Repeat orders tend to get better economics: forecasting lets us reserve production slots and consolidate freight. Buyers on a standing reorder cycle routinely secure the best combination of price and availability for pachamama e-juice.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Iraq trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every pachamama e-juice carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Common mistakes Iraq first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including FCC — before goods leave.

Payment terms for Iraq accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Storage and shelf life at your Iraq warehouse

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the pachamama e-juice range.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

After-sales support and claims handling

Quality control for pachamama e-juice starts before production, not after. Incoming cells are capacity-sorted and voltage-tested, e-liquid batches receive nicotine-content and density checks, and each lot is logged against its production date so traceability runs from finished unit back to raw material.

For online sellers in Iraq, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new pachamama e-juice listing go live the day stock arrives.

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.
