Pachamama E-Juice Export Service Notes for New York Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to New York

Cartons for pachamama e-juice are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Common mistakes New York first-time buyers make

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for pachamama e-juice programs.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

What New York buyers check before ordering pachamama e-juice

Buying pachamama e-juice at wholesale is not just about finding the lowest quotation. The cheapest offer that arrives three weeks late, leaks in transit or drifts in flavor from batch to batch costs far more than the per-unit saving. VapeWholesaleHub competes on consistency: stable e-liquid formulations, verified cells, sealed cartons and documentation that customs brokers actually accept.

If you are stocking pachamama e-juice for resale, the two numbers that matter most are landed cost and turnover speed. Both depend on working with a supplier who holds ready inventory, packs for export correctly, and replies within hours rather than days. That is exactly the service VapeWholesaleHub was built around, and +86 13711127975 is the direct line our account managers answer on phone, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Sample policy and product evaluation

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to New York: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and New York trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
